I start the planning process with a Client consultation call for about 40 minutes. We'll get to know each other, it's my goal to understand in detail what your desires are for the trip, your likes, dislikes and needs so we can tailor your travel to YOU!

Curated Itinerary Creation & Booking

• Preparing a daily itinerary for your trip, including ideas for 'Book in Advance' activities that are expected to sell out or require reservation and 'Choose Your Own Adventure' spontaneous ideas for fitting into your schedule to match your energy levels 

• Downloadable, editable, shareable, easy to access from anywhere, Google Doc with all the details  

• Itineraries include media suggestions (music, books, movies), logistics considerations, cultural facts, suggested etiquette and language basics 

• I handle booking of any Hotels, Cruises or Tours directly with vendors on your behalf

Dedicated Research

• 4 hours of dedicated research time on whatever you want me to focus on, that could be hotels, places to eat, special things to see or buy or do in a destination, basically whatever you don't want to spend time researching yourself 

• Plus consultation and follow-up calls for questions 

Dedicated Research & Booking

• Dedicated research time as outlined above 

• AND I handle booking of any Hotels, Cruises or Tours directly with vendors on your behalf

• You do the research and select the Hotel, Cruise or Tour and I’ll book it for you at NO COST!*

• You have access to my preferred partnerships as a Fora Affiliate with thousands of global vendor - I will book your stay and VIP you! This means adding on any upgrades or perks that I’m able to access and make sure you get superstar treatment

• You’ll get an organized email of any reservation details

• *$750 Minimum Booking per Supplier, a $50 fee will be charged to you if you cancel the reservation after it’s booked
